Gap in JetPack Stats

    Hi

    I have a year-long gap in the site stats which may have to do with Jetpack having been disconnected for that time. Is it possible to somehow retrieve the data? I’m being asked for it by someone who’s interested in helping publicise my site.

    Hi there,

    If Jetpack was disconnected from WordPress.com then no stats have been recorded and therefore nothing can be retrieved.

    Ah, dang. Thanks for replying. Do you know if there are any other methods I might use to retrieve that info?

    We wouldn’t have it on our side, but you might check with your host to see whether they have any built-in stats. Good luck!
