Garbage

  • I don’t know why people are so excited with this plugin. They use it because the modern editor is stupid. So maybe WordPress should redesign it (yes, call me the analyst!).
    Either editor is wrong in many ways. It gets worse when you edit a post in the classic editor, then need to add something functionality from the new one (like “stick this post”). Then the modern editor messes up all the formatting (like the necessary <br>) and you cannot recover it. You just have to redo the original post.

    I don’t understand. Even with Classic Editor, you can use a classic block, doesn’t that work in the same way?

    Granted there is an extra step to create the classic block before composing the page/post but the experience is the same as it would be before Gurteburg.
