Garbage collection does not delete

Hi to all, i use wp super cache since 2 or 3 year but one release in last year have break something.

Wordpress 4.9.5 network (multisite)
apache 2.4
php 7.2.2

cache timeout 300s
garbage collection set to timer on 450s
No preload mode set

Cron is set (wp_cache_gc) and start at timer setting 7’30sec. Checked wp cron setting with wp-controll plugin.

When we update post or page cache doesn’t deleted also when cron start cache doesn’t deleted, files of supercache still in cache/supercache folder with same old date.

Plugin discharge cache <b>only</b> when press buttons in wp cache admin panel (not on admin topbar, that button don’t work, never worked)

And finaly we don’t recive any email alert from plugin.

Nothing relevant in wp-debug.log and server log.

How can i resolve ???
any suggestions?
