• Paid $750 to have a permanent license only to have them claim that they didn’t offer permanent licenses in 2016. Never was able to get the software running despite them doing the ‘valet install’ (which was a total waste of money because I still had to do a bunch of customization myself anyways). Supposedly, IgnitionDeck started offering permanent licenses for guess what – the exact same price that I paid for a 1 year license- $750. They actually wanted me to buy another ‘permanent’ license. The fact that I spent the $750 was proven…repeatedly…and they didn’t care. Even if it wasn’t offered, that’s just terrible customer service. You decide to offer a lifetime license a year after someone pays the SAME PRICE then make an exception. Instead, you get another negative review and a frustrated former client that won’t recommend ANY of your products to anyone. Even without the license garbage, the software itself gets 2-3 stars. The UI just isn’t that intuitive and a real pain to deal with the functionality which is scattered across multiple plugins. Won’t be buying anything from this company again…I can guarantee you that.

Hi @jdlev, IgnitionDeck is under new management now and we’d like to investigate this issue and make it right.

Would you please email [email protected] with a link to this thread and the information we need to look up your account with us?

We’re upset that this happened to you and we intend to make sure that this kind of thing never happens again.
