Sorry you feel that way. We did have an issue where some users were experiencing problems signing up to the free version. I would ask you to try again and I am certain it will work for you. As you know, developing plugins and issuing them for free has its own problems. As an independent plugin developer we do try our best to make sure everythng works all of the time. Unfortunately as human beings we do make mistakes and even though this happens rarely, it does. Again, as Human beings, we try to do our best to act in kindness and acceptance that we are only human. To receive a review as negative as you has an effect to our desire to provide free services. Please try bertha again and amend your comment to be at least polite.
