• I spent so much time setting up my store only to have this plugin randomly stop working, giving me a 500 error. I contacted my hosting provider and there were NO ISSUES on their end. No a single 500 error that should have been blocking it. Contacted Printful support and basically got told “Sorry, can’t help you!”

I wasted HOURS setting up products only for it to completely fail.

  • Hi, Corinne!
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how unpleasant this is, such an error usually means that there is a problem with your server configuration or the site is insecure.
If you have contacted your hosting provider and there was no information about any errors, we’d like to look into this with our developer team. Please reach out to us at [email protected]
Hope to hear from you soon!

I’m experiencing the exact same problem and shamefully Printful keeps blaming on everyone else but themselves for the problem with their plugin. I was actually considering wasting my time investigating what other plugins in my website could possibly be conflicting with theirs, as they also shamefully suggest as another excuse, but after looking at these reviews I conclude the problem is actually Printful. Therefore, it’s an easy decision at this point to quit using Printful altogether, in addition to leaving this deservedly review. Indeed your plugin sucks completely, along with your response to your problem with it.
