Gated file/content download

Hi,
We are trying to set up the system so that it shows a download link only after filling form. A plugin that did this seem to be abandoned. We could not re-write the function. Does anyone know of a solution? Thanks!The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It was a combination of
https://www.mandsconsulting.com/wordpress-wp-email-before-download-ebd/
and
https://www.download-monitor.com .
The site operator would email to the prospect, with a link once they’d fill the form. This stopped working (EBD, probably) and we are trying to set it up so it reveals a hidden link. Problem is, it now only shows a link to a single, specific, file (warranty).Thanks ??
