• I’m using the module ?gateways fees and discounts“ to grant customers a discount when using payment in advance. A few days ago I installed the Woocommerce PayPal express plugin. Since then sometimes the discount is calculated if customers use Paypal express.

Second problem: I wrote on your website https://booster.io/features/woocommerce-left-to-free-shipping/ in May (!) that left to free shipping doesn’t refresh if cart is updated but got no answer yet.

    Thanks for your help

Why isn’t it possible to get an answer?

    Hi @westefan,

Sorry for not replying earlier. Already checking this – will get back to you shortly.

    Hi again, @westefan,

    1. “Gateways Fees and Discounts” module and “PayPal Express” – I’ve made some changes to the plugin and hopefully managed to fix it. Please download the development version here – https://booster.io/dev/. If you are a Booster Plus user – please contact me on [email protected] with your order number and I will send you the dev version for Plus. I’ve tested with WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway (by WooCommerce) plugin – and I noticed that if customer selects some other gateway with discount at checkout (e.g. BACS), and then goes back to cart and clicks PayPal express button, discount is wrongly passed to PayPal. Anyway now it should be fixed…

    2. “Left to Free Shipping” not updating on cart update – actually this depends on what “Position” you select for the message. For example I’ve used “Info on Cart” (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Shipping & Orders > Left to Free Shipping”) and selected “Position” to “After cart totals” – message was updated as it should be. However if I select “After cart” position istead – message is not updated, and customer has to reload the page, as you described. In other words, message position should be inside that page part that is automatically updated on cart update. Hope you get the idea.

Please let me know what you think.

    Best regards,
    Tom
