Gateway time out

My site slow when access my site dashboad. suddenly its goes to Gateway time out error. Some times site completely have gateway time out error. When I asking to the hosting provider, they reported as follows..

your website is consuming high resource on server resulting in the server available resource to fail(exceeded).

I request you to kindly consult with your developer, submit these results and consider optimizing the application as well as scripts to improve the performance. Also, kindly make sure you are using the latest release of applications that are running on the server.

This is my site details.
My hosing resourses : 1.96 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM, 60 GB Disk space
Visitors P/Day : 4000
Pageviews P/Day : 25000
Used Plugins: 10 (including jetpack, wp super cache, Ithemes security)

Please help…
