When I run the import from https://shadleyassociates.com/ to https://shadley.gorges.dev/ I receive the following error. We are using the premium version.

    Gateway Timeout

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
    ??Apache/2.4.59 (Ubuntu) Server at shadley.gorges.dev Port 443″

Our Sys Admin increased several of the config options in php.ini per an article we found regarding this plugin but we are still receiving the error. Is there anything else we can try?

    Thanks!

The “Gateway Timeout” error means that the connection between your browser and the WordPress server has been interrupted.
It should not prevent the import from going on.

To check if the import is going on, you can refresh the migration plugin screen to see if?the number of imported data increases or not.
If it stops increasing, you can click on the button “Start / resume the import” to resume the import where it left off.

You can also run the import in command line with WP-CLI. You won’t get this error, and the import will be faster. The procedure is described in the Help tab.
