GC message bar still appearing

Hi,
although I have removed the plugin, it keeps appearing on mulitple pages on my website.
I removed cache,… but nothing.
Furthermore, I can’t edit the page content.I am quite certain it has something to do with the GC message bar as it was the last plugin I installed.
