GCash

  • How do Gcash works? because on my checkout page, customers are only able to select Gcash but nothing happens when they select it. When we tried placing the order it gives us an error saying “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”

    We’ve pushed an update for the plugin for various fixes on critical issues for credit card transactions, which affected e-wallet transactions. For the meantime, we’ve disabled e-wallet transactions for now. Expect a fix to be delivered by Friday, September 18, 2020.

    E-wallet transactions are now re-enabled, which covers GCash. Kindly double check the installation instructions for updates.

    Hi @joseph-b, would like to have some feedback if you’ve managed to make GCash working as we’ve already released several updates with fixes for various issues including e-wallet transactions.
