I apologize for the late response. To assist you further, may we have the Source ID for the refunded/failed Gcash and GrabPay transaction?
Source ID can be found on Edit Order view in WooCommerce, under Custom Fields and Starts with src_
We will send it to PayMongo so they can do a trace.
To address this properly, you may follow the steps in the article Configure the Plugin, especially the steps in the PayMongo E-Commerce Plugin Version 1.6.x and above UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS to make sure the Plugin is set up properly.
