    Sounds like a database issue. I use Backupbuddy all the time and have never had an issue. If the old site is still accessible try doing an export from within the GCB settings and import into the new site.

    Thank you for your reply Benz1.

    I did export from the old and import into the new copy. However the ID nos have now changed so I will have to amend manually every page OR, I am looking at my SQL database as I write and wondering whether I can just amend the IDs in there? Never tampered in there before!

    When you do an export/import the ID’s change so as not to overwrite any existing ones. In theory you should be able to change the ID’s directly in the database (as long as they don’t conflict) but make sure you take a backup of the database first…
