    Hi Nirali23,

    WP Offload Media Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist.

    Would you please try editing your wp-config.php file and replace this line –

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    With these lines –

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

    This means that any errors are logged to /wp-content/debug.log, because some errors are not visible on screen. More details about that at https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#wp_debug

    Can you try the process again (click ‘check again’ in the warning message) and then attach the debug.log file with your reply.

    Thank you.

    Hi @nirali23,

    Thank you for sending the log! Sadly, we can’t seem to find anything related to the plugin. Can you kindly confirm if you clicked “Check again” on the warning message?

    Can you also please send the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

    1. Go to the Support tab of your install

    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info”

    3. You may download and share a link to the file, or paste the info here. You can remove/retract any sensitive info.

    We look forward to your response!
