• Hello,

As your description says, I can import the GD Star rating data, but I cannot find any box for it. Could you please help me?

This is what your description says:

Importing data from gd star rating
If you’re using gd-star-rating, YASR is the plugin for you! You can import from gd-star-rating “Overall Rating”, “Visitor Votes” and all the multisets with their respective score. Once YASR is installed you just have to go to “Settings” -> “Yet Another Stars Rating: Settings” and start the import (last box at the bottom). This operation can take some time, don’t stop it! Once it’s done you just need to replace the gd-star-rating’s shortcode with the YASR tags. If with gd-star-rating you’re using a different number of stars from the default of 5, YASR will automatically convert all the scores in a range from 1 to 5.

I cannot find the area you are pointing.

    See the screenshot https://screenshot.net/45qgvi7

Do you have in your settings the box I marked in red?

Is it gs star rating now enabled or disabled?

I have same problem. I have export file from GD Star, but have migrated site to completely new installation of WordPress – I have no GD Star plugin on this site.

Is it possible to migrate from GD Star to YASR only if we have GD installed?

Found the solution myself. I just copied database tables ( _gdsr_ ones) to new website and YASR found info immediately! Excellent! Now since I have transferred votes I can delete those tables again…

    Good job with plugin!!!

Yeah, as you guessed Yasr import data from the tables and not from the file…it’s not needed to be installed but it need the tables; once imported the gdsr tables can be deleted as you did!

    Best,
    Dario
