• Hello,

    are there any GDPR AMP Plugins for WordPress which have this functions:

    -> Data protection and Legal Notice
    -> Cookie-Layer
    -> Tracking: The User should`t be tracked if he has selected this in the cookie provisions. In the other side he should be tracked if he ignore the Cookie-Layer or click the “OK” button (Cookie Layer).

  • Hi @mouse1,

    Thank you for writing to us.
    In AMPforWP we have the inbuilt option of GDPR notifications and displaying data when the Accept is selected by the user, see this screenshot:https://take.ms/8uNZ3
    But Tracking which you are trying to implement is not present in our AMP.
    Hope it helps

    Hi @mouse1,

    If you could tell us that are you using the same (Data protection and Legal Notice, Cookie-Layer and Tracking) on your Non-AMP site?
    Please let me know so that I can discuss it with my team.

    Hi Abdul,

    on out Non-AMP site we implemented our own cookie layer which gives all users relevant information as well as a link they can click if they want to opt out of being tracked. However, as long as they have not actively opted out but either ignored the layer or clicked “ok” they are tracked and get to see all of the page they are on. This is what we need for the AMP sites as well. For users to be tracked as long as they don’t actively opt out via our data protection site and for them to be able to see the whole AMP page including pictures (which were previously not shown until you clicked on “ok”)

    Hi @mouse1,

    I have understood what you have said but theoretically, but we would like to see the sample so that we can understand the scope of how you have implemented it and we are very interested to know more about it.
