I have selected both GDPR and US State Laws in the plugin settings, but I noticed that there are only two geolocation options available: Worldwide and Users in Europe only.

US State Laws mean the CCPA right?

Is there a way to configure so that GDPR is shown to European countries and CCPA is shown to the US?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    thank you for reaching us.

If you want to configure GDPR for EU countries and US Laws in the US, you can select:

Legislation : GDPR and US STATE LAWS

Require Consent from: Users in Europe Only

In this way CCPA is applied only in the US and GDPR (prior consent to cookies) only in the European countries.

US State Laws means “CPRA”- “CCPA” and Virginia consumer data protection act (VCDPA).
