GDPR / Block Google Sources by default

Hello! We love your plugin. But due to GDPR rules, we need to be able to block all connections to google’s server if the user does not give his consent. We’re using Borlabs Cookie to manage consents, but we need to find a setting which enables us to block all Google sources (and the language switch at all) by default. If the user gives his permission, the scripts should be loaded from google. Any idea how to solve this?
