    Hi There,

    is the plugin GDPR compliant? What cookies does this plugin store?

    Also I have on my website some cookies from a Hungarian site adverticum.net

    Since your plugin is the only one I am aware of, that is of Hungarian origin, has the adverticum.net cookie something to do with barion pixel?

    The plugin is GDPR compliant, and doesn’t store any cookies.

    thank you for checking. Your plugin does specifically have the mandatory BARION PIXEL integration as seen here

    From what I see according to the Barion Pixel documentation there is a BASE implementation for the mandatory fraud prevention and other important functionalities, and then there is the FULL marketing integration.

    Can you confirm that your barion pixel integration is not set for this full pixel integration by default?

    alternatively…if I leave out the PIXEL ID and implement only the base code manually in on my website after the HEAD tag…will the plugin still work and process transactions?

    This plugin implements only the base Barion Pixel functionality. If you leave the Barion Pixel Id empty, then the Barion Pixel is not included in your website.

    thanks for the info. Just to make sure…leaving the PIXEL empty will not have an effect on the funcionality of the transaction processing..right?

    The Barion Pixel Id is not used when starting a new payment, so in theory it might work without it, on the other hand it is considered mandatory for using the Barion Smart Gateway.

    Note that all this plugin does with Barion Pixel Id is it adds the base code to your website, nothing else. Adding the base code manually doesn’t make much of a difference.
