Indeed, there is no checkbox for agreeing/consent by default.

It would be possible to add this checkbox with custom development.

 * Override this template in your own theme by creating a file at:
 * [your-theme]/tribe/tickets/v2/rsvp/form/form.php

I was able to create a solution myself.
