GDPR compliance – monsterinsights disabled by default

Hi,

I’m using the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin to manage cookies to comply to GDPR regulations.
The plugin has a feature which will inject custom elements into the head of the webpage AFTER the Accept button has been pressed.
I’d like to put the monsterinsights head contents into this plugin but I can’t find an option to have the moonsterinsights content not there by default.
Is there any way I can make this happen, or I’ll have to look for another analytics plugin for my website?
GDPR explicitly states that consent has to be given to start using cookies, so having an option to opt out of analytics is not good enough.
