GDPR compliant? Any collection of data?

I see that its mentioned as 100% gdpr compliant and fonts are not google api based. However, just to confirm, is there any other code that can send data out or should I manually do anything to make sure there is no visitors data sharing outside with respect to the theme ( Not about other plugins or codes I add later)
