    Hi, you can achieve something similar in the following way…

    Two fields need to be added in the widget Advanced Configuration screen:
    1. A mandatory boolean field – this will be the consent checkbox that the user must mark in order to submit the form
    2. A hidden text field, containing the text the user agrees to – if you want to store the consent text in the contact’s profile

    Finally, you can see the subscription date and consent text in the contact’s profile in Mailjet:
