    Hello @webtoffee

If I remember correctly, Cookie Law Info used to be the name of this plugin. While translating the plugin to pt_PT I found several strings using Cookie Law Info, i.e.:
This shortcode will display a normal HTML link which when clicked, will delete the cookie set by Cookie Law Info (this cookie is used to remember that the cookie bar is closed).
In the previous example it seems to be a leftover that should be corrected to GDPR Cookie Consent. There are several other examples like this. But in your plugin menu on the WordPress admin page it is less clear, the first item reads Cookie Law Settings. Shouldn’t this be instead GDPR Cookie Consent settings, or GDPR Cookie settings?

    Best,

    Hi @filipejsbrandao,

Your concern is understandable and yes, the plugin name has changed from Cookie Law Info to GDPR Cookie Consent. However, we haven’t updated it everywhere in order to avoid incompatibility issues for old version users while updating to new versions.

Thank you for pointing out the reference in the shortcode description in the HELP tab. We will update it in the next release.
