GDPR/cookie notice display for AMP pages

Is there a tool as part of the AMP plugin, or a way to run WordPress-native tools like the JetPack GDPR cookie notice widget, to display the acceptance banner on AMP pages? If so, is there a way to only show it every x months or so, for the users not to see it at every AMP page visit? (basically, have AMP pages behave like canonical pages)

Sorry, that won’t work with AMP, as it uses a JavaScript file. AMP doesn’t allow external JS.
The
<amp-consent>component might work well, but it will of course only display on AMP pages. You could probably add it via athe_contentfilter.add_filter( 'the_content', function( $content ) { if ( function_exists( 'is_amp_endpoint' ) && is_amp_endpoint() ) { return 'amp-consent markup here' . $content; } return $content; } );
