GDPR delete data – cannot see requests

  • Hi,

    when I send the mail to delete all personal data from WP to a user, I cannot see their mail-adresses in the respective fields. See image: https://ibb.co/3fqhzKR

    What’s preventing it to see it? How can it be displayed? This is especially tricky, if I get requests and cannot see them.

  • Do you still currently have this issue?
    I’m guessing but is it possible the request was already deleted or your WP backend has errors in the console log?
