    The automated deletion of six-month-old appointments does not seem to be working. Despite being enabled in the settings area, I have year-old appointments on record.

    I also suggest a ‘Delete all expired appointments’ button on the Appointments page. Currently you have to click Delete for each and every appointment to remove it from the system or go in and delete from the database.

  • Hi @chrslcy delete old appointments is connected to WP Cron and it is triggered once a day. Can you please check if you Cron tasks are running in the backgroun?

    Not sure how to confirm that wp-cron tasks are running other than to confirm that other plugins which rely on wp-cron are working fine.
