GDPR German translation

    Hi!
    I have downloaded the plugin and it looked pretty good. But then I found the German translation for the GDPR paragraph and it’s not good. I am a translator and wanted to translate it myself but it’s not editable. Then I went to look for your translation database to translate it there but it’s nowhere to be found. This way, I can’t use the plugin. It would not look good on a website with translations for a topic.

    Just wanted to ask if I can somehow fix it myself or if I have to use a different plugin.

    Hi Jessica,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch and our apologies for the trouble experienced.

    Could I ask if you are comfortable with editing translations directly within their PO files? This can be achieved via FTP, in the event that you are comfortable/familiar with the process.

    Alternatively, you can also edit all strings within the PO file by using a localization plugin such as LocoTranslate or WPML for example.

    Hi!
    So, I spent the past two days translating every single line of the file and also correcting the grammar of the already translated lines.
    It’s completely German now. How can I send you the file?

    I also marked the translations where I found errors in the English sentences and commented on what I noticed.

    I have sent the translated file to the developers but didn’t receive any further information. Maybe they’ll tell us more here.

    I’ve been using wp live chat support since last week. I don’t know if I already have your translation. But my GDPR translation doesn’t work ?? I have adapted the wplivechat-de_DE.po under “languages” and the gdpr.php under “modules”. ” I can see under “Privacy – GDPR” the new text. But only the bottom one. The upper text is unchanged. How did you change the upper text? My changes in wplivechat-en_DE.po don’t work.
