• We are testing the GDPR functionality and the general layout is nice. We are facing some issues though:

    – Instead of seeing the GDPR popup by default, we’re getting a small “Privacy Settings” link in the top corner. Only when clicking this link, does the popup layer open.
    – Clicking the “Privacy Settings” link in Safari (desktop or mobile) makes the link go away, but the GDPR popup doesn’t show.

I presume this is not intended behaviour? I can send a URL to the site by private message (it’s a client site), in case that would help?

    Thanks!

Thanks for using our plugin. As per the forum guidelines, there is no option for private messages. Can you please share a screenshot or video of what issues you are facing? So we can analyze it and help you to fix this issue?

Hi Ahmed, many thanks for your quick reply!

Here is what the header looks like:

If clicking on it, the popup opens up OK (simulated mobile view), but not in all browsers:

Not sure if it’s relevant, but here is the code for the RR-div class, and its HTML:

Any input you can offer would be useful, thanks.

We noticed your error. It seems like a bug. Can you create WordPress installation for testing purposes using the same scenario? Then please share that URL with us.
