GDPR Problem – AIOWPSF secretly connects to Google Recaptcha

    Hi there,

    I usw WP 4.9.9 with AIOWPSF Version 4.3.8.

    After the update to 4.3.8, the plugin secretly contacts Google-Servers, which is a no-go with GDPR / DSGVO.

    According to https://webbkoll.dataskydd.net/, the Recaptcha-Servers are contacted. I can not find where to switch that off in the AIOWPSF settings.

    Guidance welcome, please tell me how to turn off. Otherwise the plugin would turn unusable in the EU – which would be a shame becuase I really love it!

    PS: By the way, I would find it quite inappropriate to secretly apply such a change. I assume, it was done by mistake; Anyway, you should inform all users in the EU so that they do not run into severy legal problems.

    Hi,
    It doesn’t secretly connect to google recaptcha.

    I just noticed that in the several areas where the recaptcha script is enqueued, I accidentally missed one where I check if that feature is enabled.
    I have now fixed this.
