GDPR Questions

Hi,
I am using UM on my website.
GDPR has come into effect on the 25.05.2018.
I have been updating my privacy policy and i have a few questions for you :
1. Is UM collecting or using any personal information regarding people that
visit my site and/or are you using any cookies or techniques that collects or uses
any information regarding people that visit my site ? Which data ?
2. Do you therefore use a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) ?
3. If 2 is positive, then, can you give me YOUR format.
As we are 2 parties we must arrange a mutual DPA to which we both agree.
4. Can you deliver me a proof of UM being GDPR-proof.
