    Hi

Do you follow EU’s GDPR rules?

What country do you send your data to? Is it an EU country and which one?

I have to have this information before I decide on using your plugin ??

    Best regards
    Sara-

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us.

We have added our response to your queries as below:
    1) Do you follow EU’s GDPR rules?
    A. Email Subscribers plugin has option to add GDPR consent checkbox on subscription forms. Therefore the plugin stores subscriber’s data only when they have given their explicit consent. The option can be found on the add/edit form screen accessible from the dashboard menu Email Subscribers –> Forms. Here is a reference screenshot for enabling the consent checkbox. Here is an example how the consent checkbox may look like on frontend depending on your theme.

    2) What country do you send your data to? Is it an EU country and which one?
    A. The plugin does not send subscriber’s data to any other service. Subscriber’s data get stored in your site’s database only. Therefore you can be sure about the privacy of your subscribers’ data.

Hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further queries.

    Hi there,

I am sorry, as I should have asked it earlier but it just slipped from my mind before replying to you.

Can you tell us more about which kind of data you are referring to? Is it related to subscribers’ data or something else?

Understanding your requirements correctly will help us in providing you the correct answers.

    Thank you.
