  • @pixee22 We also have a Premium subscription and we can not get any support from them. All our tickets are automatically closed. Not a single real support agent has answered !

    Support answered after creating another ticket. They must have had some technical problem. “I sincerely apologize for the late answer, it seems that due to some technical difficulties on our side, we were not able to send you a response to your last ticket.” I hope they will contact you soon.
