    Hi,

    UpdraftPlus never gets to know your Google Drive passwords. That’s what Google intend, and why they use the protocol that they do for authorising – it’s deliberately designed so that an app (like UpdraftPlus) can access your account without knowing the password.

    All that UD knows is shown in the settings configuration section, if you scroll down to there (it may show the user’s ordinary name).
