gecka-apps submenu question

Hello,

I am currently using the Gecka Sub-Menu plug-in to auto populate one of my top level navigation menu items with it’s child pages. I was wondering if anyone who is using the Gecka-Apps Submenu has done the following.

1: Make the newest child page appear as the first item in the submenu instead of the last one listed.

2: Only auto populate the menu with the 5 newest items and drop the older child pages off the menu.

any help on how to do this would be appreciated.
