[General] Add plugin privileges to Editor-level

Have a look at https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/ but I’m not sure that these kinds of role management plugins extend to the ability to manage specific plugins.

Thank you esmi. I will look into that if I can’t find any way to do it with the code. Has anyone had to do this before?

This is my last try (probably).. Does anyone know how to enable plugins for Editor level users with code?
