General policy link when booking

At the moment EM uses the settings under WP Settings > Privacy with wp function get_the_privacy_policy_link()

maybe you can try to hook into the_privacy_policy_link filter to add attribute _blank – https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/hooks/the_privacy_policy_link/
