General Problems with the plugin

    Hello,
    i’m having two problems. The first one is that when i click on the “X” to close the greeting message, it won’t disappear, instead another greeting message appears and it continues doing so.
    The second problem is that once i log in with my messenger, the chatbot disappears, and when i refresh the page it won’t appear again (this on mobile, have still to test it on desktop).

    I tried to do it on desktop too, but when i logged out from the website and looked at the page, it was not displaying anymore. It seems like this happened since i tried to log in with my messenger account from mobile.

    Can you help me?

    I just checked your website, the messenger is not loading – in console shows error – refuse to display

    can you check one more time, that the domain is white-listed at messenger settings

    I don’t know what happened, but i corrected it. Now it is displayed in the whitelist domain, but the same errors i was speaking about are still there.

    Yea the chat works fine, but i can’t close it and reduce it to the messenger icon. Like this it’s too invasive. I let you see what i mean:

    for testing purpose is it possible to change the theme for a movement and try.

    i didn’t want to change theme in order to avoid possible bugs. BUT, i tried to deactivate all the plugins, nothing changed. I decided to look at the preview with a different theme (avoiding to replace the current one) and when i close the window’s chat on that theme, it works fine and it gets reduced to icon. So i think you are right, and is a theme’s problem. Do you have some advice?

    may be it’s better to raise a ticket where you downloaded the theme, they may try to solve the issue. because they know how they coded the theme and what may cause that issue

    @archanz I seem to have a similar problem. The Messenger window keeps reappearing when minimized – did you get assistance from your theme authors?

    Sadly not, i changed plugin with Tidio, intant message chat without Messenger. But this plugin worked fine for my other websites, so it’s great!
