    Can you help me with 3 questions about abandoned cart, please?
    1° Is it possible to see the abandoned carts anonymously? The customer did not enter any data such as email and phone.
    2° Is it possible to know in real time which products customers are adding to their cart?
    3° If I want to send a WhatsApp message as soon as the customer has abandoned the cart, where do I get the cart link for him to click and go back directly to his cart?

    1) Is it possible to see the abandoned carts anonymously? The customer did not enter any data such as email and phone.
    # Sorry not possible using Funnelkit Cart.

    2) Is it possible to know in real time which products customers are adding to their cart?
    # Sorry, we don’t do live tracking. It would be very resource-consuming if someone did it.

    3) If I want to send a WhatsApp message as soon as the customer has abandoned the cart, where do I get the cart link for him to click and go back directly to his cart?
    # In general we do generate a dynamic link for cart abandonment here is the merge tag {{cart_recovery_link}}

    While we have answered here but it seems that these queries especially (3) are related to the Automation plugin.
