General Setting

Hi, I’m having a problem with the general settings where I can’t save the changes that I made. It will show the forbidden page instead. For example, I try to change the timezone but when I press the ‘save change’ with will redirect me to the forbidden page because it says I do not have access. So how do I gain access to change the general setting? For ‘Writing’, ‘Reading’ and ‘Permalinks it is working fine.
