    Hi there,

    May I know how does this setting works? I have the popup open and had the setting set as 1 second between each spin. But after the first spin, the spin button will not show up instead it’s showing just the congrats message. The field and button will only show up once I refresh the page. It is possible to set the spin constantly open until the email hits the maximum spins and not required to refresh the page?

    It is how our plugin works, refreshing the page is mandatory, it is to send a new request to start a new session.

    Is it possible to change the refreshing to within the popup itself but allow the email field to be auto-filled with the previous value without reentering?

    Hi,

    Email addresses can be automatically filled in if users logged in to your site. If not, users must refill each spinning time.
