general settings unable to change

    I have 2 sites running. Both hosted on the same server but with different databases.

    When I try to change the settings on either page the WordPress URL and Site Address URL boxes are both shaded grey and I am not able to change them.

    There is also this message below each section:

    Enter the address here if you want your site homepage to be different from the directory you installed WordPress.

    Is there a reason for this and something that I can do to change the settings?
