General wordpress help – external contractor

Hi there,

I have a word press site and while I do everything myself at the moment, I am looking to find someone who can assist me remotely.

Obviouvsly I am willing to pay, however the few sources I have come across, have been very dodgy. People per hour.com etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I want to speak to an individual, saying that, after a little initial help, I would need maybe four hours a month, so a minimal commitment.
