Generate certificate in result page

May I know what version of the plugin are you using of the Certificate addon? We have just released the version 1.0.3 of the plugin.

As we are not experiencing this issue at our end, you can share the quiz URL with us.

Im using the new one. But its in backend where you can view customers results.

Before you could generate a certificate for them. But now you cant.

I have a problem that may be the same as this. When an email is sent out to a student showing the results after passing the test, instead of getting a “download certificate” link in the email, is shows %CERTIFICATE_LINK%. It has been doing this since I upgraded Quiz And Survey Master from 6.4.12 to 7.0 and still does it with Certificate Version 1.0.3. It also does not work with Quiz And Survey Master versions 7.1.0, 7.0.2 or 7.1.0, and Certificate Version 1.0.3. The certificate link does work with Quiz And Survey Master 6.4.12 and any Certificate Version, including 1.0.3.

Siteground is hosting the website on PHP 7.2.29. All plugins have been disabled (except Quiz And Survey Master and the certificate plugin) and it still doesn’t work.

Is the problem I’m having similar to this? Is there a fix? If not, I will open a ticket with support.
