Generate Colors Add-on Not Working

    I have just created a new website at https://longfarms.ca/ and for some reason the colors add-on is not working. I click on Base Colors and all the titles are there – i.e. background, text, links, etc but there are no options. It’s just a blank white space beside each title.

    I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled but am still having the same problem, although it has worked perfectly for me on several other websites.

    I need this feature. Can you please tell me how to get it working.

    Hi Mary,

    Do you have any other plugins installed?

    Is this happening with the add-on or the default color options?

    Let me know ??

    I have all the other add-ons installed and they are all working perfectly.

    How do I tell the difference between the add-on or default colour option? It is in Appearance->Customize->Colors. Then there is a list of Base Colors, Header Colors, Nav Colors, Sub-Nav Colors, Content Colors, etc. I just assumed this is the add-on because there are so many options.

    When I click on each of the above I get the drop down for all of them and all of them are blank.

    Hmm, not sure what could be causing that. Any non-GP plugins installed?

    If not, can you email me a temp admin login so I can take a look when I get a second?

    Yes, I have lots of non-GP plugins installed but none that I don’t have on other websites that are working.

    How do I give you Admin details without sharing them publicly?

    The problem was that the domain name hadn’t completed the propagation. I re-installed everything from scratch and all is well.
