Also, can you let me know why you’d have a quantity of zero set? I do think this is something we need to tets out a bit more on our end, I just want to make sure I understand the use case and other influences properly.

Thanks for your quick reply. It is a merchandise management system with minimum order quantities for certain products, for example 0.6 or 0.1 kg.

Hi – I’d recommend trying to do test order again with WooCommerce Unit Of Measure deactivated. Does that change anything?

the problem got solved. However, not by us but by another service provider who made a change in the functions.php and other files
