Generate New Posts from A Submission Form?

Hey Guys,

Is this plugin able to automate the creation process of a live band page (actually technically a post in my case) on the front end of my website from a user-submitted data capture form? I run this small online live bands booking agency, where I have this page (below) that is a SIGN-UP page for new bands who want us to represent them:

As you can see, they can input all their private information, and also their band information to send to me when they click ‘SUBMIT’, to automatically build a band page for them to be listed on my site, but also store their private contact details on a file somewhere too, so I can retreive their details and call or email them later, if someone wants to hire them. Regarding these two points, can you tell me how I can automate the process for :

generating a new band page (it has to have the layout of this current band page: https://thelivemusicagency.affordaband.co.uk/anthems-live-band/) that should display all the new band’s photos, mp3 songs, biography information, videos etc that the form will upload to the site, and also, store their private contact details automatically somewhere?

I’d really appreciate your expert help on this – I can’t work it out..! Can your plugin do either of these?
