    Activated and set the plugin as described but the points never arrive.
    We have set that User1 can give its reflink to User2, when User2 buys a product, User1 will receive 10%. It doesn’t work or we are getting the configuration wrong

    The plugin is working on order status. Once the order has completed, then the credits will add to the user account. So please change the order status to complete and check the user credits.
