Generate Tag

When I click on the “Generate Tag” dropdown, I enter in the tag info as I want it, but there isn’t a button or anything at the bottom allowing me to save the tag. When I click “save” to save the form itself, and the page refreshes, there isn’t anything new on the page so I don’t know whether the tag has been created or not. What should the screen look like? Should I see a listing of generated tags? Should there be some sort of “save” button when creating a new tag, that I am just not seeing?
